Q. Do we have to sign up for all 8 weeks? No, you may sign up for just the weeks that suit you best.
Q. Do children have to be Catholic or members of St. John's parish? No, all children and families are welcome.
Q. How do I register and pay for Extended Care? You can register for Extended Care as far in advance as you'd like or wait until the day/week that you need to utilize it. No reservations are needed.
Q. Can I use Extended Care for just one day? Yes. We provide day rates for morning care and afternoon care. Please see the Extended Care page for details.
Q. Can my child join a camp that is already in session? Yes. Please contact the Program Director to arrange this.
Q. Can my child purchase lunch? No. Children attending after care must bring their own lunch.
Q. What are the hours of the classes/camps? 8:45am-12:00pm.
Q. What are the hours of extended care? Morning care runs from 6:30-8:30am and afternoon care runs from 12:15-5:30pm.
Q. How do I make payment when I register? At the end of the online registration, you will be prompted to pay by credit card, debit card. We use Stripe as our payment processor.
Q. Do I have to pay the full amount when I register?
Yes. Full payment for classes/camps is required at time of registration. Extended care is paid for at the beginning of the week it is utilized.
Q. What is your staff to camper ratio? It is approximately 1:6.
Q. Can I register for a few weeks now and come back and register for more at a later date? Yes. Classes will fill up quickly (we have a number that fill on the first day of registration), so don’t wait too long.
Q. Will registration remain open throughout the summer? Yes. As long as space is available, you can register for classes/camps right up until the day they start.
Q. What does a typical day look like?
6:30am - Before care opens
8:30-8:45 - Campers arrive
8:45-9:00 - Morning Program for all campers
9:00-noon - Classes run with a snack mid-morning.
12:00-12:15pm - Children are picked up from class.
12:15-5:30pm - After care.
Q. How do I sign-up? Easy! Just click REGISTER and you will be directed to our secure online registration system where you will select your dates and classes, and reserve your spaces.
Q. What about medications or allergies? Caring for the health and safety of our students is our top priority. Please list all important health and allergy information when you register online. Please also contact us directly if your child(ren) need to bring medication to camp.
