Refund Policy
60% of the class fee is non-refundable. The remaining 40% is refundable provided cancellation is made in writing at least one week prior to the class start date. Contact the Program Director by email at rolon@sjchollywood.org to request a refund.
SJSP is implementing a financial need-based exemption to the cancellation policy for 2025: families eligible for Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits can learn more about this exemption by contacting the Program Director via email.
Transfer of Payment
Payments for canceled camps may be transferred to other weeks of camp for the same child or siblings, provided the newly selected camps are not full. Payments for canceled camps can not be transferred to extended care. Contact the Program Director by email at rolon@sjchollywood.org to check on whether a camp has openings.
